Blues Ukulele Workshop with Del Rey
Saturday, August 31, 10am - 12pm
JHootenanny House welcomes the very talented blues musician and teacher, Del Ray, who will be in town to headline the Fox Valley Folk Festival. Del will lead a workshop on Memphis style blues, demonstrating variations in blues rhythms, chord progressions, finger style fundamentals and more.
Suggested donation: $25/person.
Saturday, November 10, 12-3pm
Join in the fun as Carol Ehrman leads instructional workshop sessions for beginner - intermediate level players. Several instruments will be available for use on a first come, first serve basis.
Advanced players and other instruments are welcome to join open jam session open to players of all skill levels!
